Macedon Ranges Photographic Society offers members meetings, competitions, tutorials, workshops, exhibitions, social events and photography outings.

Our meetings are held at Jubilee Hall, 52 Smith Street, Macedon 3440.

Warmer Months

Meetings are held on each of the first two Mondays in the months of February, March, October and November. Other events occur during these months.

Winter Months

Meetings are held on the first Monday in the months of April, May,June, July, August and September with daytime weekend workshops replacing the second Monday. Other events occur during these months.

Visitors are welcome to come along and join in the activities. Membership provides access to a range of additional features.

Coming Events and Notices

Walkabout – Bendigo & “Structure Of”

Date: 13/06/2026

Time: 9:00 am

Location: Bendigo

Bendigo Walking Route

A guided walk (approx. 3.5km) by Greg McMillan around Bendigo with the “Structure of…” set subject theme in mind. Greg will be at the Bendigo Military Museum (aka Soldiers Memorial Hall) at 9.00am for the early starters and will pickup later starters at the Historic Post Office at 9.30am with the early starter group. The walk will finish near the Courthouse with the opportunity to enjoy brunch/coffee at the Courthouse Paninibar, at around 11.00-11.30am. Whilst there, you may like to visit the Bendigo with Love: Exhibition at History House, 11 MacKenzie Street, Bendigo. Definition: The arrangement of, and relations between, the parts of something complex, or something constructed from several parts. The subject may be a built structure, such as a bridge or building, or might demonstrate the structure of a natural or man-made object.
